L’Oreal’s Colour Caresse line is a collection of 16 lipsticks which are supposed to “deliver a feather-light finish without being sticky or heavy” according to their website. This is my third review from that collection, for the shade Silky Java ($9.99 at Ulta).
L’Oreal’s new Colour Caresse lipstick line (Ulta, $9.99) is described by the brand as “glossy” and “featherweight” without ever feeling “sticky or heavy.” I bought four of these to test, and would absolutely agree with that assessment.
L’Oreal recently released a new line of 16 lipsticks called Colour Riche Colour Caresse ($9.99 at Ulta). From Ulta’s website: “Colour Caresse by Color Riche is formulated with L’Oreal’s revolutionary Lightfeel System to deliver a feather-light finish without being sticky or heavy.” I have four shades to review, and I’m going to review them separately because there are noticeable differences from shade to shade (and a lot of photos). This first shade, Fiery Veil, is a bright red-orange.
L’Oreal’s Infallible eyeshadows (Ulta, $7.99) are a loose powder formula that’s been highly compacted, and is supposed to be incredibly pigmented and able to last twenty-four hours on the lid without creasing or fading. In reality, the shades vary in quality. I’ve already reviewed three shades, Bronzed Taupe, Golden Sage and Continuous Cocoa. This shade is Eternal Sunshine, a light shimmering gold.
L’Oreal’s Infallible eyeshadows (Ulta, $7.99) are intended to last twenty-four hours on the lid without creasing, fading or budging. The formula is a loose powder that’s been intensely compacted, and each container comes with a little stopper for re-compacting it if it becomes loose again. I’ve already reviewed two shades, Bronzed Taupe and Golden Sage. This one is Continuous Cocoa, and it’s a matte deep brown, suitable for use as a liner as well as a shadow.
